Meditative running?

I love running.
I reach a point where I am absolutely thoughtless.
I am in perfect rythym with my mind, body and soul.
I feel no pain.
I hear my breath slowly fade to complete silence.
Complete serenity.
I am meditating.


This usually comes after the 4th or 5th mile.
Try it! Do not give up!
